Elsie Garcia, Administrative Assistant

Elsie Garcia graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A in Government in 2020.  She is a proud first-generation Latina college graduate. At Greater Chicago Legal Clinic, she serves as a translator and assistant for both the consumer protection and housing and stability programs. Elsie admires the GCLC staff’s commitment to expanding legal resources in the Chicago area especially to Native Spanish speakers.

In her spare time, Elsie loves taking walks, meditating, and yoga. She adores learning about plants and adding new ones to her small collection.
